Neo Parade Untung by Bank Neo Commerce

In this initiative, we aim to express our appreciation to our loyal customers by offering a range of exclusive rewards. Customers who maintain a minimum balance of IDR 100,000 in their accounts will be eligible to participate. The prizes vary in value from coveted grand prizes such as the latest iPhone 16 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S25, to tiered rewards including gift cards and cash incentives. This campaign is part of our broader strategy to encourage continued savings and strengthen long-term customer engagement with our bank

After sitting down with the stakeholders and the project manager, we came to a conclusion and identified the following pain points:

  • Some customers need to be retained through attractive gifts and rewards from us.

  • Competing apps already offer raffle programs, so we risk being overlooked without a unique approach

  • However, unlike other banks, we want to ensure this program is accessible to all of our customers.

  • There is a possibility of overwhelming users if too much information is displayed at once, especially in the ticketing system.

Project Overview

Goals and Design Challange

The design challenge I faced was with the ticketing system. Since the requirement stated that users only need to have Rp100,000 in their account to receive one ticket, this meant thousands or even millions of users could end up with a large number of tickets. To address this, we decided to simplify the interface by only displaying the total number of tickets each user has, rather than listing them individually

The primary goal of this program is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate and win prizes. To achieve this, we established a rule requiring users to maintain a minimum balance of Rp100,000 in order to enter the raffle. This requirement, however, introduced a significant design challenge

Wireflow

We successfully developed the mobile interface along with a system capable of randomly generating account numbers and customer names. However, we decided to postpone the program’s launch due to pending regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Social Services that have not yet been fulfilled.
